Eliminator technology employs synchronized, twin turbines that spin toward one another at high velocity. As the waste products are fed into the machine, the turbines create a cyclonic action causing the material to collide with itself at such a high velocity that causes the material to liquefy.

The result is an environmentally sound, cost effective, cutting-edge technology that actually does a better job of solid waste handling in a more efficient manner.

The resultant slurry produces is a pumpable liquid with particle size distribution acceptable for Class II Subsurface Injection. By using these advanced technological and mechanical standards for injection, this material is returned to the confined layers of the earth, effectively eliminating drilling waste.

The Eliminator is capable of pulverizing everything from biomass material to very hard rock such as granite. The Eliminator was specifically designed to produce a slurry from oilfield waste, predominantly drill cuttings.
